Interchangeable Parts

The unique selling point for the MasterMouse Pro L has to be the changeable top and sides. It's not the first mouse we've seen with adjustable sides, but top and sides we can't recall. Although we're sure that you'll tell us on our forums if we're missing an obvious candidate.

Now this is where is gets a bit strange. We don't know whether Cooler Master accidentally supplied our review sample with two of the same, or if there is very little obvious difference between the two parts. But the second and fourth pictures are the default back and sides, and the third and fifth are the other ones included in the box. Can you spot a difference? If there is one it's so mild as to be not really worth shouting about. It doesn't even feel very different in the hand. Hmm.

Sometimes you just have to stick it out.
