Corsair Harpoon RGB Gaming Mouse Review
The Harpoon comes in the standard Corsair Gaming range packaging - a black background, large product image and attention grabbing yellow highlights - with the key features clearly marked. Peripherals find their way onto shop shelves more than most other PC Hardware, and thus catching the eye of the passing shopper is more vital than it is for motherboards and the like. If you've been following the evolution of Corsair mice you'll note how the area at the front, and the cutaway around the scrollwheel, is a regular feature of Corsair mice. We like the look of the deep scallops and the contrast between the rubber side and the matte plastic. In fact if we had any complaint about the design of the Harpoon it's that the only logo that lights up is the ship, hidden beneath your palm, rather than the Corsair stamp on the LMB, and that the USB plug is grey rather than yellow. But the most recent Corsair ones have all been grey, so it's not unique to the Harpoon.
