The Cougar UIX software is probably the one area that lets the side down a little. It's functional, but very much of the old school style where you need individual installations for each of their products, rather than a one stop shop, and various elements pop out of the sides, rather than being contained within one window. It's also not the easiest software to use, particularly if you just want a basic "one colour" light scheme. Something to be aware of if you don't want to spend an age tinkering.
