As you can see from the packaging the newest model in the G.Skill range of TridentZ products is available in both black and silver, with both of them sporting RGB lighting.
We have the silver kit on hand for todays review, with beefy heatspreaders on both sides and the famous G.Skill TridentZ logo, boosted with the addition of the 5 to denote the DDR5 nature of this 2x16GB kit.
If you didn't like the crystal style RGB lighting on their Royal kits then you'll be pleased to note that the TridentZ5 has a more regulation RGB lighting system.
6000MHz @ 36 is the kind of speed that we haven't yet got used to. No sooner than we'd accepted the idea of 5000+MHz kits in our world than this appears, raising the bar still higher.
There is no denying either the brightness nor smooth gradients available on the TridentZ5. It's a pretty kit for sure, especially if you've got the rest of the system tuned to match it. Lush.
