1080p Benchmarks at Medium and Ultra Settings
Cyberpunk 2077 is a hugely demanding game, and older graphics architecture are feeling the strain. Turing and Ampere GPUs are storming ahead of their Pascal counterparts, and similar feats can be seen on RDNA when compared to older GCN graphics cards.
Nvidia was heavily involved in the development of Cyberpunk 2077, and that can be seen clearly by how well Cyberpunk 2077 leverages Ampere and Turing graphics card. It is rare to see Nvidia's RTX 2060 competing favourably with Nvidia's GTX 1080 Ti, even without DLSS. Add on DLSS and Nvidia's RTX 2060 has turned into an excellent Cyberpunk 2077 graphics card.
Below we have tested Cyberpunk 2077 at Medium and Ultra settings to best cater to users of older GPU architectures. At Ultra, even popular GPUs like the RX 580 and GTX 1060 fall below 30 FPS at 1080p Ultra settings. Users of these older GPUs should use lower graphics settings and FidelityFX CAS to gain additional performance.
