Crucial MX300 SSD 1050GB Review

Anvil MB/s

In Anvil the Crucial MX300 sits towards the bottom or our read speeds graphs and around the middle of our write speed graphs, highlighting that there are certain scenarios that this SSD does struggle with. This performance is still far in excess of what is available on any mechanical storage medium but not is certainly not the high end of the SATA SSD performance market. You would be surprised how quickly we could fill it. All out GPU benchmark games alone would take up most of it.

It is nice that this SSD does offer quite a large capacity, as 1050GB is a lot more than the 960GB drives we commonly see these days.Quote
