Although our storage drive graphs are heavily laden with M.2 options we're really casting our eyes down the graph towards the Samsung T7, the most obvious rival to the Sabrent XTRM-Q. Unquestionably if you have a USB 3.2 Gen2 port you're better off using that than the Gen 1. There is a signification IOPS difference.
