You can see from the Extreme presets that whilst the combination of X4 860K and R9 270X might - rightfully - not have the same results as you'd get from a i5-4690K and GTX970 combination, those two items alone cost more than this whole system and when you're limited more by the GPU than the CPU the results are pretty good.
