All Intel CPUs peak at 100°C these days, but the two key things are how quiet the TUF LC 240 AIO is and how cool the TUF RTX 4070 Ti is. This is very much a peak reading too, as the Core i7-13700F runs way cooler than this the majority of the time and even when it peaks it quickly falls back to a normal level.
