Here’s a fresh look at STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl

The developers over at GSC Game World have given gamers a fresh look at STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, releasing a new trailer for the game while confirming its release date.

STALKER 2 is coming to PC and Xbox on September 5th 2024. The game will be available on PC and Xbox through Game Pass on day-1, and the game will be available standalone. On PC, the game will be available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.

The trailer below showcases one of the game’s cutscenes and gives an overview of an early area of the game. The trailer also showcases the game’s Ukrainian voiceover. Remember, STALKER 2 is made in Ukraine.

Premiered during a showcase on Bilibili streaming platform, this clip contains both cutscenes and location overview, giving a glimpse of in-game story and atmosphere. It’s also the first time you can have a taste of the Ukrainian voiceover – the one to be available alongside the English one for everyone to enjoy. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl releases on PC and Xbox Series X/S on September 5, 2024. The game will be available on Game Pass day one, and pre-orders are opened on our website, as well as on Steam and GOG.

STALKER 2 is a great-looking game, and today’s new screenshots highlight this once again. The game is being built using Unreal Engine 5, and so far it appears to be one of the best looking games using the engine to date. Will it run well on PC? I guess we will see when this game releases on September 5th.
