MSI announce their new TORX series 120mm series fans
MSI has now revealed their new TORX series of 120mm PWM fans, offering the same fan design as seen in the companies recent Core Frozr series of CPU coolers.
What is interesting about this new fan design is that it comes with a new, patented impeller design, using two different types of fan blades which are designed to both increased airflow and static pressure. This fan design will use a standard square design and comes with four rubberized mounts, with power coming from a 4-pin fan header.
These fans will come with a 500-1,800 RPM range with airflow ratings of 19.79-71.27CFM, with noise outputs of between 17.2-33.6dBA.
Right now MSI has not revealed the pricing or release date of this new standalone fan design.
