LG releases their 24:10 38WK95C Ultrawide FreeSync Monitor

This display utilises an IPS panel with a grey-to-grey response time of 5ms, with LG offering a 75Hz refresh rate, which is higher than the 60Hz refresh delivered by LG’s previous 3840×1600 displays. LG has not specified the exact variable refresh rate (VRR) window of this display at this time. 

Strangely, LG markets this display with HDR10 support, despite the fact that a 300 cd/m^2 brightness and sRGB colour are listed in the display’s specifications with 10 bit (8-bit+FRC) colour. The “HDR 10” support of this monitor does not have the specs to back it up, which means that HDR content will not offer a meaningful visual improvement over standard SDR content. 

This display will support inputs from HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and USB Type-C, with the screen also offering dual 10W speakers, a headphone jack and two integrated USB 3.0 ports. This display uses a curved panel, but LG has not specified the radius of the curve at this time.
