On January 10th, Epic Games will be giving away free copies of What Remains of Edith Finch on their storefront, a narratively focused game that won the BAFTA for “Best Game” in early 2018 and gained the “Best Narrative” award during 2017’s The Game Awards, making the game one of 2017’s highlights for many gamers.
next week, PC gamers will be given the opportunity to play What Remains of Edith Finch for free using the Epic Game Store, with the game being available for free for a period of two weeks. Those that redeem the game will be able to access the game permanently on Epic’s game launcher.
For the next six days Super Meat Boy will be available for free on the Epic Games Store, after which What Remains of Edith Finch will be available for free on the platform.
