Cooler Master’s MATX cases give builders more than expected for $60 – CES 2020

When it comes to the budget PC gaming market, it’s hard to beat the value that’s offered on a lot of MATX motherboard, which delivers PC builders a smaller than normal form factor and most of the features offered by larger mid-range ATX offerings.

The joys of MATX is that it offers most of the same features as full-sized ATX motherboards and none of the disadvantages of Mini-ITX, making MATX a firm favourite amongst many PC builders.

To cater the value-oriented MATX PC market, Cooler Master has created its new MasterBox 311L ARGB and 320L ARGB case designs, offering users two ARGB (Addressable RGB) fans in the stock configurations of both enclosures and room for plenty of airflow.

So what’s the difference between the 311L and 320L? Nothing, well… almost nothing. The 311L features a mesh front plate and the 320L features a “DarkMirror” (Acrylic) front plate. Both cases feature a smoked tempered glass window and feature support for five 120mm fans.

Both of these cases are due to release for $60, making them some of the most affordable cases on the market with out-of-the-box ARGB lighting and a Tempered Glass side panel. Both cases also feature a PSU shroud and USB 3.0 on the case’s front panel.

Cooler Master has confirmed that both the MasterBox 311L ARGB and MasterBox 320L ARGB will release in Q2 2020.
