Forza Horizon 5 has become Xbox Game Studios’ “Largest Launch”

Forza Horizon 5 already has more than 4.5 million players

Forza Horizon 5 has become the franchise’s most popular entry to date, quickly becoming the “largest launch” of any Xbox Games Studios title from Microsoft. 

Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, has confirmed that the game already has over 4.5 million players across Xbox, PC and cloud, showcasing the potential of Microsoft’s Xbox ecosystem and the potential of Xbox Game Pass. 

Forza Horizon 5 has already achieved a peak concurrent player count that is three times higher than Forza Horizon 4, highlighting how many gamers are playing the racing game. At this time, it is unknown how many people are playing the retail version of Forza Horizon 5 and how many are playing the game through Xbox Game Pass. Regardless, Forza Horizon 5 has quickly become an enormous success for Xbox.

Forza Horizon 5 is currently playable on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Cloud.
