More leakers claim that an Nvidia “Blackwell” TITAN GPU is in the works
Another leaker claims that Nvidia are working on a “Blackwell” based Titan GPU
Earlier today, we reported on a graphics card called the “TITAN AI“, a Blackwell based TITAN series graphics card. In response to our article, @kopite7kimi, another hardware leaker, confirmed that “The big thing exists” on Twitter/X.
Based on the original leak from RedGamingTech, this graphics card has a performance target that’s 63% higher than Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 4090. Presumably, this graphics card will make full use of Nvidia’s GB202 Blackwell silicon. This means that the GPU should have a 512-bit memory bus and feature 32GB of GDDR7 memory. Currently, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 reportedly has 28GB of GDDR7 memory over a 448-bit memory bus.
If today’s leaks are true, Nvidia’s “TITAN Blackwell” will be roughly 10% faster than Nvidia’s RTX 5090. Like all TITAN series products, this alleged “TITAN AI” GPU will come with a hefty price premium.

Will the “TITAN AI” ever come to market?
What @kopite7kimi noted in his Tweet is that Nvidia’s GPU plans don’t always result in a shipping product. Nvidia were reportedly working on a “TITAN Ada” GPU, a graphics card that was never released. It is possible that this new “TITAN AI” GPU may never come to market. Alternatively, many aspects of this graphics card could come to market at a later date as part of another product. Nvidia could refresh their RTX 50 series lineup with an RTX 5090 Ti in the future, negating the need for a Blackwell TITAN GPU. Regardless, it looks like Nvidia may be planning to release a new TITAN-class graphics card. If it ever launches, expect it to cost a fortune.
