Phanteks expands its Glacier EZ-FIT range with new distro plates, reservoir bodies, and radiators
Phanteks has just launched a range of new EZ-FIT liquid cooling products, giving PC builders new liquid cooling options that promise greater ease of use than competing products.
What’s EZ-FIT?
EZ-FIT is Phanteks’ way of making liquid cooling simpler. Instead of using separate fittings to connect liquid cooling components to hard or soft tubing, Phanteks’ EZ-FIT system allows 16mm tubing to be connected directly to its EZ-FIT products using their integrated sharkbite-style fittings. This makes it easier for PC builders to create liquid cooling setups, eliminating the need for separate fittings.
EZ-FIT has several benefits. For starters, it eliminates the need for separate fittings. Their push-in fitting design also makes tubing installation an easy process. As mentioned before, this system works with 16mm hard and soft tubing. Additionally, EZ-FIT G1/4 fittings are available to give EZ-FIT support to most water blocks and distro plates.
Phanteks Glacier EZ-Fit NV5/NV7 Distro Plates
To start things off, we have Glacier EZ-FIT distro plates for Phanteks’ NV5 and NV7 PC cases. These distro plates are designed specifically for these cases, ensuring a precision fit. Above you can see these distro plates, and below you can see them installed on Phanteks’ NV5 and NV7 PC cases.
These distro plates feature pre-installed push-in EZ-FIT fittings and integrated LED lighting. Ports are adjustable, allowing for perfect loop alignment.
Unlike the other products in this article, which are available starting today, Phanteks’ new Glacier NV7 Distro Plate will be available in mid-September.
Glacier EZ-Fit 120RES-DDC
Next, we have the Glacier EZ-Fit 120RES-DDC, a compact reservoir body that’s built for DDC pumps. Its 120mm size makes it perfect for installing directly onto 120mm or 140mm fans, making it suitable for many potential pump mount locations.
Like all EZ_FIT products, this reservoir body is easy to use. Note that this product has multiple G1/4-inch outputs for easy loop customisation. It also features integrated D-RGB lighting and a diffused aluminium cover. This reservoir body features a top-mounted fill port for easy refills and maintenance.
Glacier EZ-Fit 420RAD-30 Radiators
Lastly, we have new Glacier EZ-Fit 420RAD-30 liquid cooling radiators. These radiators are 420mm in size and support up to three 140mm fans on each side. Phanteks’ new 420mm liquid cooling radiators are 30mm thick and are available in black and white.
These radiators feature an all-copper core and a steel outer frame. Like other EZ-Fit products, these radiators come with pre-installed EZ-FIT fittings. These radiators feature H90 copper tubing internally and a 19 FPI fin density. These radiators support 25mm and 30mm thick fans using standard M4 threads.
