The Return of the Super Tower – Thermaltake unveils its AX1000 PC case

Thermaltake’s bringing back MEGA PCs in 2026

Thermaltake is bringing back its AX series of “Super Tower” PC cases, with 2026 heralding the arrival of the AX1000 TG. This PC case is large enough to accommodate two SSI-EEB motherboards, making it large enough for pretty much any conceivable PC.

The top of the case is large enough to hold two 560mm (4x140mm)liquid cooling radiators. The chassis also supports up to 12 3.5-inch HDDs or 2.5-inch SSDs. And that’s not all, it can be made BIGGER!

The AX1000 TG can be upgraded with Thermaltake’s AX200 pedestal case. This can serve as a base for the AX1000 TG and provide space for additional power supplies, HDDs, fans, and liquid-cooling radiators. If the AX1000 wasn’t already big enough, the AX200 will give you the space you need.

Thermaltake plans to launch its new “Super Tower” PC case this year. The AX 1000 TG will cost $899.99 while the AX200 will cost $299.99. The case is due to be released sometime in Q2.
