Samsung Rocks the Display World with its World’s First 4K 360Hz QD-OLED monitor panel
Samsung unveils the world’s first 4K 360Hz QD-OLED monitor with a 680Hz Dual Mode
Samsung has unveiled the world’s first 4K 360Hz QD-OLED display panel for monitors. This 31.5-inch display will be showcased next week at Computex 2026, featuring a V-Stripe pixel structure, a DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, and an ultra-fast 680Hz Full HD Dual Mode.
Until now, 4K OLED monitors have featured maximum refresh rates of up to 240Hz. This monitor blasts past this limit, enabling ultra-smooth gameplay. This monitor makes technologies like Nvidia’s DLSS 6x Frame Generation make sense at 4K, enabling an ultra-smooth high-framerate gaming experience.
This new display is the ideal screen for PC gaming. Its RGB-V-Stripe pixel structure creates clearer text with less fringing, features higher brightness levels than prior QD-OLED panels, and supports much higher refresh rates. Its 31.5-inch size also offers an ideal mix of resolution and screen size, delivering ultra-sharp details.
Samsung plans to showcase this display at Computex 2026, from June 2nd to 5th. Samsung claims that it is in discussion with more than 10 global customers who want to use this display. This new 31.5-inch 4K 360Hz monitor panel will enter mass production in the second half of this year.
