Antec launches their 1 M Mini ITX Gaming Case
Antec reveals their £249 Performance 1 M PC Case
Antec has revealed a new Mini ITX case called the Performance 1 M, a new gaming-oriented PC case designed to support large GPUs up to 86mm thick.
This new PC case features a compact design and tonnes of ventilation. Airflow comes primarily from two bottom-mounted 120mm or 140mm fans, with the case supporting Mini ITX motherboards SFX/SFX-L power supplies. However, SFX-L PSUs longer than 130mm are unsupported. GPU support comes through a PCIe 4.0 riser card, which is integrated into the case. The case uses all aluminium side panels and is available with an all-black or Adventurine Green exterior.
The centre of the Performance 1 M is adjustable, allowing this case to support GPUs and CPU coolers of various sizes. With a 85mm thick GPU, this case can support CPU coolers up to 40mm thick. With a 78mm thick CPU cooler, GPUs up to 47mm thick will fit inside this case. Note that this case’s central mount is adjustable between either of these two points.
All side panels for this case are tool-free, making PC cleaning and maintenance an easy task.
Antec claims that this new PC case will be available before the end of January. The case will be available in the EU for â¬299 and in the UK for £249.
