Arctic launch new Liquid Freezer III Pro series CPU liquid coolers

Thicker radiators, new fans, lower temps – The Liquid Freezer III Pro has arrived

Arctic has officially launched a new flagship-class CPU liquid cooler called the Arctic Freezer III Pro. These new coolers offer users enhancements over the company’s existing Liquid Freezer III lineup, featuring new fan designs, and cooler offset mounts for AMD and Intel CPUs.

This new cooling solution is available exclusively with a 360mm radiator size, which is 38mm thick. That’s 11mm thicker than conventional 27mm liquid cooling radiators. The cooler also uses Arctic’s new P12 Pro fans, which are rated at up to 77 CFM of airflow and 6.9 mmH2O of static pressure.

The Freezer III Pro lineup will be available without RGB lighting and with RGB lighting. Note that the white version of this CPU cooler is only available with RGB lighting elements.

The Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro can deliver CPU thermals several degrees lower than Arctic’s standard Liquid Freezer III cooler. Note that the Pro model is louder when running at full speed. However, when noise levels are normalised, the Pro model still outperforms its predecessor.

Arctic’s date proves that their new Pro series cooler can deliver much lower thermals than its predecessor on both AMD and Intel systems. Note that the Intel results below showcase a larger drop in CPU thermals than Arctic’s AMD data. This is likely due to Arctic’s addition of an Intel offset mount with their new PRO series heatsinks.

PC builders can expect Arctic’s new Liquid Freezer III PRO CPU coolers to become available through retailers soon.
