HAVN stuns with its new HS 360 PC case
HAVN officially launches its new HS 360 PC case
HAVN builds on the success of its popular HS 420 PC case with a newer, more refined model crafted from feedback from partners and reviewers. The result is the HAVN HS 360, a new chassis that is 19.4% smaller than the original HS 420 and 29.5% lighter.
While size matters, it isn’t the most important change HAVN made with the HS 360. HAVN has listened to the PC-building community and implemented several notable improvements. The case now supports back-connect motherboards, anti-vibration contact points for all removable parts, and improved structural strength despite the case’s smaller, lightweight design.
Other changes include a tighter bend in the case’s tempered glass side panel. This change reduces distortion, giving gamers a clearer look at the hardware inside. The case’s VGPU version also includes a new “Magnetic Airflow Divider”, which notably drops GPU thermals.
HS 360 and HS 360 Airflow
The HAVN HS 360 is available in two forms. There’s the standard HJS 360 and a VGPU variant. The standard version features a flat bottom fan mount, while the VGPU version includes a vertical GPU mount, PCIe 5.0 riser card, angled bottom intake, and the aforementioned Magnetic Airflow Divider. These add-ons ensure ideal airflow for vertically mounted graphics cards, enabling lower GPU temperatures.
Refined VGPU airflow
Below, we can see how airflow works on the HAVN HS 360 VGPU. Air enters through the bottom of the case and is directed toward the user’s graphics card. The case’s magnetic airflow divider stops the air from overshooting the GPU and prevents hot air from recirculating back to it. This lets vertically mounted GPUs draw in cool air, minimising GPU thermals. Hot air is then exhausted at the top of the case.
The HAVN HS 360 is available at Overclockers UK starting today. We have reviewed both the HAVN HS 360 and the HS 360 VGPU, and you can read our full thoughts on both case models here.
