IceGiant launch pump-free ProSiphon Titan 360 CPU cooler

IceGiant’s pump-free All-in-One liquid cooling solution is now available for pre-order

IceGiant has launched one of the most interesting CPU coolers of 2025, promising the “next leap forward” in CPU cooling technology with its pump-free all-in-one CPU liquid cooling solution. Presenting the IceGiant ProSiphon Titan 360 and the ProSiphon Titan-TR 360.

While these CPU coolers appear in the form of a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooling solution, these IceGaint coolers use a fundamentally different cooling technology. Aside from each unit’s three 120mm fans, these coolers are entirely passive. These coolers require no pumps to move coolant. This makes these IceGiant heatsinks completely silent.

These new heatsinks feature an all-copper evaporator and a 6-core 360mm condenser. Futhermore, this cooler supports both AMD and Intel desktop CPUs. For those who use AMD’s ultra-powerful Threadripper CPUs, a dedicated Titan-TR unit is available, which features a larger Threadripper-ready cold plate.

With its lack of moving parts, IceGiant is confident that the performance of this liquid cooling solution will not deteriorate over time. This is why they ship this cooler with a “Lifetime cooler warranty.” However, we will note that the unit’s fans only have a 6-year warranty.

While this new CPU cooling solution is expensive, the promises of zero pump noise and strong reliability are appealing. After all, you can’t have a noisy pump if your CPU cooler is pumpless. Furthermore, your PC can’t suffer from a pump failure if there is no pump to fail.
