Nvidia N1 and N1x Laptop chip Specifications Leak
Specifications leak for Nvidia’s upcoming laptop chips
Specifications for Nvidia’s upcoming Nvidia N1 and Nvidia N1x chips have leaked, new laptop processors that bring together ARM CPU cores and Nvidia Blackwell graphics. Nvidia has been teasing “A new era of PC“, and this seems to be it. ARM-based laptops with high-performance Nvidia graphics.
These processors challenge the norms of the laptop world. Today, x86 laptops from AMD and Intel are commonplace. ARM-based Windows laptops remain uncommon, even after years of effort from Qualcomm. Now, Nvidia is stepping in with powerful graphics chips that could turn the tide in favour of ARM-based laptops.
Based on the specifications leaked by Videocardz, Nvidia’s top N1x chip appears to be the same processor as the GB10 chip inside Nvidia’s DGX Spark. There are also lower-end N1 chip variants, with much fewer cores, a lower TDP, and a smaller graphics card.
Nvidia N1 and N1x Specifications
Nvidia’s N1x chips support up to 20 CPU cores, up to a 48SM (6144 CUDA core) GPU, and up to 128GB of unified memory. Note that this 48SM GPU has the same number of CUDA cores as Nvidia’s desktop-grade RTX 5070. However, it is worth noting that this mobile chip has a much lower power budget.
The top N1 chip from Nvidia has 12 CPU cores, 20 SMs (2560 CUDA cores), and up to 64GB of total memory. Note that Nvidia’s RTX 5050 has 2560 CUDA cores. Both Nvidia’s N1 and N1x processors feature both PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 connectivity.
| Leaked Chip Specifications (Names Unconfirmed) |
CPU ARM X925+A725 |
GPU Blackwell |
TDP | PCIe | Memory |
| Nvidia N1x 675 (?) | 10+10 | 48 SM (6144 CUDA Cores) |
45-80W | 12x PCIe 5 + 5x PCIe4 | 16-128GB LPDDR5X |
| Nvidia N1x 650 (?) | 9+9 | 40 SM (5120 CUDA Cores) |
45-80W | 12x PCIe 5 + 5x PCIe4 | 16-128GB LPDDR5X |
| Nvidia N1 (Chip 1) | 8+4 | 20 SM (2560 CUDA Cores) |

Note that Videocardz claims these specifications come from official documents. They further noted that one of these documents was dated 2024. This showcases how long Nvidia has been working on its N1 family of processors. This makes it possible that Nvidia has made slight changes to its specifications or has changed the names of some of its models.
We expect Nvidia to unveil the full specifications of the N1 and N1x chips tomorrow at Computex 2026.
