Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Specifications Leak

Leaked Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti specifications reveal more CUDA cores and higher power draw

Based on information from the leaker Kopite7kimi (via Videocardz), Nvidia’s upcoming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will have a higher TDP and more streaming processors than its predecessor. The next-generation Nvidia Blackwell GPU will reportedly feature 8960 CUDA cores and a TDP of 300W. Sadly, memory specifications for the GPU remain unknown.

Based on these leaked specifications, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will have a TDP 15W higher than that of the RTX 4070 Ti and 16.6% more CUDA cores. This gives this GPU a TDP that is 100W lower than Nvidia’s rumoured RTX 5080 and a CUDA core count comparable to an RTX 4080 (which has 9728 CUDA cores).

These specifications have led to speculation that Nvidia’s RTX 5070 Ti will deliver performance levels comparable to an RTX 4080 or RTX 4080 SUPER. Nvidia’s new GPU will seemingly deliver this feat with lower power requirements. It should also do so with lower pricing than Nvidia’s current-generation 80-series GPUs.

Nvidia is gearing up to reveal its RTX 50 series GPUs at CES 2025. Currently, Nvidia is expected to reveal its RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 GPUs first. That said, they may also reveal some lower-end RTX 50 series GPUs. Early 2025 is expected to be a highly volatile time for the GPU market. AMD, Nvidia, and Intel are all expected to launch new GPUs soon. However, only Nvidia is expected to reveal ultra-high-end GPUs next year.  As such, Nvidia’s RTX 5090 an RTX 5080 may have no competitors.
