Philips releases their new Evnia 34M2C6500 QD OLED Gaming Monitor with Ambiglow

Philips’ newest EVNIA monitor boasts ultrawide performance with OLED quality

Philips have today launched their new Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 curved OLED gaming display. This new 34-inch 21:9 Ultrawide monitor uses a Quantum Dot OLED display that features Philips’ Ambiglow technology. This gaming monitor features a 3440×1440 resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 175Hz.

This gaming-oriented monitor is a 10-bit HDR monitor that is both VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 and ClearMR 9000 certified. Those certifications ensure that users have a strong HDR experience and crisp/clear visuals for gaming.

With Ambiglow technology, users can set up this display’s lighting to change colours to suit your music or to match your screen’s video content. This feature can be used to increase gaming immersion, and do so seamlessly without external software.

The Evnia 34M2C6500 features a 24-inch screen with a 1800R curvature. Philips has also fitted this screen with an ergonomic Height Adjustable Stand (HAS) that allows users to set their monitor to a comfortable height. This stand supports tilt, height, and swivel adjustments.

Connectivity-wise this screen offers users a single DisplayPort 1.4 connection and two HDMI 2.0 inputs. Additionally, this screen supports headphone output and 2x USB data ports. PiP and PbP are supported when using multiple inputs.

The Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 monitor will be available to purchase this month with an MSRP price of £699.99.
