GOG Introduces New Early Access Program

GOG has just started their new early access program called “Games in Development”, featuring hand-picked early access games to offer on their store. It will also have a 14-day “no questions asked” refund policy and the ability to rollback patches.

GOG’s Piotr Karwowski has stated that they will only be selecting titles that they believe are worth your time, meaning that they will only be providing games that are both fun to play and highly functional.

Our goal has always been to offer a selection of titles that are both excellent and worth your time. Nowadays, we’re seeing more games that are already great experiences while still in development. We want all gamers on GOG.com to have access to what these titles have to offer, but we want to get it right, carefully evaluating each and every game, offering a 14-day refund policy, and providing GOG Galaxy support with update rollback and more.

As always GOG will be selling these games DRM-Free and GOG will be offering refunds to users for any reason when it is within their 14 day refund period.
