Crucial delivers awesome Black Friday memory and SSD deals

Crucial’s got some incredible memory and SSD deals this Black Friday – Great news for DDR5 users

This morning, Crucial informed us about some of the memory and SSD deals that they are offering this Black Friday. These deals give PC builders significant discounts on new memory kits and SSDs, which is great news for anyone who wants a new DDR5 kit or some extra SSD storage.

If you aren’t a subscriber to Amazon’s Prime service, you can start a 30-day free trial here to access Free Delivery and other perks. These perks include exclusive offers, Prime Video access, and free PC games through Prime Gaming.

DDR5 Memory

If you are building a new PC, you are probably using DDR5 memory. Today, the best bang/buck is offered by DDR5-6000 and DDR5-6400 memory modules. With lower speeds, you leave performance on the table with minimal cost savings, and higher-speed modules often come with much higher prices. With these modules, you get an excellent balance between speed and affordability. It wasn’t long ago that a 32GB DDR5-6000 kit cost over £100. Now you can get a similar kit for £67!

Crucial Black Friday SSD Deals

SSD-wise, we have deals on SATA SSDs, compact M.2 2230 drives, and even ultra-fast PCIe 5.0 SSDs. We reviewed the P310 earlier this year and loved it. This 2230 drive is a great option for devices like Valve’s Steam Deck, ASUS’ ROG Ally, and similar PC handhelds.

External SSD Deals

Next, we have external SSD storage. If you need to move data, an external SSD is sometimes the best option. It can also act as a useful backup for important data. These drives are much faster than standard USB thumb drives, making them perfect for large data transfers.
