Google’s launching their Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 pro Smartphones next month

Google has announced that they will be revealing their Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones next month on October 4th, the successors to the company’s hugely popular Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. 

With their latest teaser, Google has showcased the design aesthetic of their newest Pixel Smartphones, though the company has not detailed the specifications of their new devices. Google has confirmed that these new devices will feature their “most advanced Pixel camera yet”, but aside form that, nothing is known about these new products. 

We can expect Google to do a deep dive into their new Pixel devices at their launch event on October 4th, which will kick off at 10 am ET. The event will likely be streamed on Google for Pixel fans to watch live.

With their latest Pixel products, Google are expected to continue focusing on AI features like Magic Eraser, AI translate, Photo Unblur as key features for their Pixel lineup. At this time, it is unknown whether Pixel 8 devices will feature a new Tensor G3 processor from Google, or if the Pixel 8 series will use a refined version of their existing Tensor G2 SOC.
