Ashes of the Singularity 2 has been announced
Ashes of the Singularity 2 is coming to PC in 2026
Stardock and Oxide Games have announced that Ashes of the Singularity 2 is in development, and that the game will be released in 2026. Like the original, this game will feature armies of insane size and scale. However, PC gamers have been told to expect strategic battles that are larger, more in-depth, and more intense than before.
The game will feature three factions: the United Earth Forces, the Post-Human Coalition, and the AI Substrate. The game will feature a full campaign, multiplayer and instant action modes. Players will battle on Earth and across other contested worlds.
Ashes of the Singularity 2’s campaign will see players control the United Earth Forces as they battle against Post-Human expansion and the threat of the Substrate. The game is set in the near future, where humanity fights to survive and to restore Earth.
Ashes of the Singularity was a technological showcase, and the same is true of its successor. The game’s upgraded engine is what allows the game to feature a human faction. The last game couldn’t support an army with thousands of organic, walking, squishy people. This time, Oxide Games has an engine that can support vast armies with infantry, vehicles, and mechs. If you wanted a human faction in the last game, you have gotten your wish.
Ashes of the Singularity 2 will be coming to PC through Steam. Note that the game is due to be released in 2026. Furthermore, gamers can join Ashes of the Singularity 2’s Discord server to chat with the game’s developers and get new updates on the game before anyone else.
