Borderlands 2 is now available for free on Steam
PC Gamers can now grab a free copy of Borderlands 2 on Steam
Until June 8th, Steam users will be able to redeem a free PC copy of Borderlands 2. This promotion is part of Gearbox Software’s broader Borderlands franchise sale, where every game in the series is available at a discounted price.
Borderlands 2 is a classic first-person looter shooter and is often considered the best game in the series so far. Borderlands 4 is due to be released later this year, arriving as the series’ first current-generation entry.
On Steam, Borderlands 3 is available with a huge discount. With an asking price of £2.49, the game has a staggering 95% discount. Borderlands’ Game of the Year Enhanced Edition is also available with a 67% discount, making the game £8.24.
Through June 18 at 10AM PT, during our Borderlands Franchise Sale on Steam, browse big discounts on the entire series. Also, make sure you don’t miss the Borderlands 2 Giveaway ending June 8 at 10AM PT, letting you grab the classic looter shooter for free.
With Borderlands 4 launching on September 12th, now is a great time to catch up on the series’ prior entries. All games in the series can be played alone or in co-op.
