Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Mode to Receive Free Trial
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Mode to Receive Free TrialÂ
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Mode will soon receive its first free trial, allowing gamers on Xbox One, PS4 and PC to try out Activision’s premium battle royale for a limited time.Â
This move is, no doubt, an attempt to divert attention away from Battlefield V’s second season (Chapter 2) of content, which will see new maps and game modes arrive into the World War II shooter. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Free Trial will start on the same day as Battlefield V’s second chapter, on January 17th. Black Ops 4’s free trial will end on January 24th, giving gamers a week to try out the game mode. Â
On PC this trail will be accessible on Blizzard’s Battle.net service, while the PlayStation and Xbox versions of the trail will be available on each platform’s online storefront. At this time it is unknown whether or not Activision plans to make this free trail pre-loadable. Â
