David Cage teases Detriot: Become Human’s PC version with first Connor screenshot
David Cage has today released the “first screenshot of Connor on Detroit PC”, showcasing a high-detail image of the character’s face. Sadly, we don’t have a comparable image from the game’s PS4 version to compare to, though the screenshot does showcase a lot of high-detail facial shadows and a lot of other small details.Â
In his tweet, David Cage also stated that an “official announcement [is] coming soon”, leaving us to expect that more information is on the way. Right now, Detroit: Become Human’s PC version is due to be released in late 2019 on PC. It is possible that the game’s next information dump will reveal the game’s final release date, or that the PC launch has been delayed until early 2020.Â
Back in September, PC gamers were encouraged to subscribe to the Quantic Dream YouTube channel to see the “World Premiere” of the game’s upcoming PC trailer. Sadly, this trailer hasn’t materialised yet. This trailer is due to highlight the game’s features and PC-specific enhancements. These enhancements may include support for 60 FPS framerates, native 4K resolution support and maybe an unlocked framerate. Â
Detroit: Become Human will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store on PC, where the game is currently available to pre-order for £29.99 in the UK.Â
