DiRT Rally 2.0 now supports VR on PC

Codemasters has finally released DiRT Rally 2.0’s long-awaited VR patch, enabling support for SteamVR compatible headsets on Steam while also bringing the game to the Oculus Store.

This update comes to DiRT Rally 2.0 as a free update on PC, with VR support releasing as a PC exclusive feature. Codemasters has no plans to bring VR support to PSVR at this time. On Steam, the game lists support for the HTC Vive and Valve’s Index VR headset while the Oculus Store only supports the Oculus Rift and Oculus Rift S.

PC gamers are expected to use a system with the following specifications, or better, to run DiRT Rally 2.0 in VR. These specifications come via the Oculus store.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i5-8600K
GPU: AMD RX Vega 56 or Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 76.75 GB
