EA’s Access subscription service is coming to PlayStation 4
The service will cost $4.99 per month in the US or $29.99 annually, granting subscribers access to pre-launch game trials, a 10% discount on EA digital purchases on PS4 and access to a large collection of older EA games.
Subscribers to EA Access on Xbox One and Origin Access on PC will not be able to utilise their privileges on other platforms, which means that EA Access is a service that needs to be subscribed to on each platform individually. That said, if you subscribe to EA/Origin Access already you would have little reason to subscribe to it on another platform.Â
Most of EA’s Access trials last for 10 hours and include limited portions of the publisher’s upcoming AAA releases. Recent trails include Anthem, Battlefield V and Burnout Paradise Remastered.Â
EA Access is coming to PlayStation 4 this July. At this time there appears to be no plans to bring EA Access to Nintendo’s Switch console.Â
