Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is coming to PC and consoles this September

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is coming to PC through Steam on September 25th

Dragami Games has released a new trailer for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, confirming that the game will be coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on September 25th.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP has been marketed as the “definitive version” of the Xbox 360 era original. The original is considered “cult classic” within the hach-and-slash genre. With this remake, Dragami Games has focused on delivering many of quality of life improvements over the original. The game’s story remains exactly the same as the 2012 original.

When compared to the original version, RePOP features faster loading times, adjusted input timings for combos, and a new auto-fire mode for the chainsaw blaster. Chained hits can also speed up the game’s attack speed. This gives players more of a reason to chain attacks and complete combos. This remake will also feature new costumes, chainsaw options, and hair colours.

On PC, RePOP will be available though Steam. Currently, the game has not been listed on Steam. Strangely, this remake isn’t coming Xbox One or PlayStation 4. While both consoles are more powerful than Nintendo’s Switch, it looks like RePOP will be a current-gen only release.
