Nvidia releases “Game On Game RTX” GPU Bundle

Nvidia has officially started their “Game On. Game RTX.” graphics card bundle, offering purchasers of Geforce RTX series graphics cards a free copy of Battlefield V for a limited time.

Battlefield V is the first game to support DirectX Raytracing (DXR), with the game utilising Turing’s RT (Ray Tracing) cores to offer enhanced reflections within the game, an effect which is present on glass-like surfaces, puddles/mirrors, polished flooring an even in the form of bounce lighting on some duller surfaces, such as the player’s weapon.

With this bundle, which is set to be available until January 7th 2019, new owners of Turing hardware will be able to experience the graphical splendour or ray tracing for themselves, though be ready to experience a huge dip in the game’s framerate when DXR is enabled.

All you need to do to access this offer is to purchase an RTX series graphics card (RTX 2070, RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti) from a participating retailer. In the UK this list of retailers includes Overclockers UK, PCSpecialist, Scan, Cyberpower PC, Ebuyer, Box.co.uk, CCL, Novatech and Mesh Computers.
