PC Modders have already fixed Mass Effect Legendary Edition’s FOV issues
Specifically, many PC gamers are not happy with Mass Effect Remastered’s fixed FOV, which is a tight 75-degrees. This is not enough for many PC gamers, having the ability to cause motion sickness for some players.
Thankfully, PC modders have already addressed this shortcoming, with JadeBarker creating a mod called “Better Campers (Higher FOV)” that allows PC gamers to adjust Mass Effect Legendary Edition’s FOV settings. When this mod is installed, Mass Effect Legendary Edition players will be able to adjust the game’s FOV by hitting F10, allowing gamers to play the game more comfortably.Â
While this mod is useful to Mass Effect Legendary Edition’s PC playerbase, the option has a known bug that disabled the Mako’s second level Zoom, somewhat harming the game’s vehicular gameplay. While this bug is not game-breaking, it is something that PC players should take note of when using this mod.Â
