The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is reportedly coming to PC soon

The Last of Us Part 2 could be announced for PC next month

Rumour has it that Sony plans to announce a PC version of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered next month. This means that PC gamers should soon be able to play the entire The Last of Us series on PC.

Sony has been busy bringing many of their top PlayStation hits to PC in 2024. This month, Horizon: Forbidden West – Complete Edition will be coming to PC. On top of that, the company has announced that Ghost of Tsushima: Directors Cut will be coming to PC on May 16th. If Sony does reveal The Last of Us Part 2 next month, as has been reported by the leaker “Silknigth“, could potentially see the game release on PC this summer.

The Last of Us Part II Remastered launched on PlayStation 5 in January.  This native PS5 version of the game features improved visuals, new game modes, and DualSense gamepad support. With the Remastered version, players can get an inside look at three levels that were cut from the original game. A new Roguelike survival mode and speed run mode have also been added to the game.

On PC, gamers should expect support for the latest upscaling technologies. This includes DLSS, FSR, and XeSS. PC gamers may also be able to enjoy graphical settings that go beyond the game’s PlayStation 5 version. This will make PC the definitive place to play The Last of Us Part II. On top of that, PC gamers may also be able to enjoy the game on the go with handhelds like the Steam Deck, MSI Claw, and ROG Ally.
