The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered receives performance-boosting hotfix

The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered should now run faster on PC thanks to its new patch 1.1 hotfix

Nixxes has officially released their Patch 1.1 Hotfix for the PC version of The Last of Us Part II Remastered. This update should boost the performance of the game in systems with Resizable BAR enabled. Since this setting is activated by default on most modern PCs, this update should deliver performance gains for most PC gamers.

In GPU-limited scenes, DSO Gaming have reported that this update has given them a 6-7% performance boost. Their testing was conducted on a system with an RTX 5090 GPU. Performance gains should differ on a PC-by-PC basis. Regardless, a free performance boost is always welcome.
