Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has sold over 2 million copies

Space Marine 2 is a huge success on PC and consoles

Focus Entertainment has announced that Space Marine 2 has sold over 2 million copies on PC and consoles, making the game a huge success. On Steam, the game has already hit a peak of over 225,000 players, signalling that the game has a strong PC audience.

If you have read our PC Performance Review for Space Marine 2, you will know that the game is taxing on modern hardware. Despite this, the game has generated strong sales. Saber Interactive has content and feature updates planned for the game. Today, the question now is whether or not Space Marine 2 can maintain a strong following moving forward.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 places players in the armoured boots of a Space Marine, one of the Imperium of Man’s finest warriors. Players will battle against a Tyranid Hive Fleet, a host of alien foes that seek to devour the biomass of entire worlds. However, the Tyranids aren’t the only threat that the Imperium faces.

If you are a fan of Warhammer 40,000, this game is a must-buy. The game is an excellent representation of the 40K setting, and the game does an excellent job bringing the game’s tabletop models and grimdark world to life. Additionally, the game looks great and plays well. Above all, the game’s combat is satisfying, and the game is great to play with friends online.

On PC, the game is due to receive updates that will add DLSS 3 and FSR 3. Additionally, ultra-wide monitor support is also planned. The game makes no use of Denuvo on PC, and has a lengthy content roadmap for players who want more.
