ASUS’ 2023 ROG Zephyrus M16 Gaming Laptop has been pictured – Does it have an RTX 40 series GPU?

ASUS’ ROG Zephyrus series of gaming laptops is getting a 2023 upgrade, and it looks like it may have an RTX 40 series mobile GPU

An image of ASUS’ new 2023 ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU604V) gaming laptop has appeared online, suggesting that ASUS may be planning to showcase some of their next-generating gaming notebooks at CES 2023. 

At this time, the full specifications of this new ROG gaming laptop are unknown, though the notebook is likely to feature Intel Raptor Lake series CPU options and Nvidia RTX 40 series GPU options, assuming that Nvidia plans to reveal new mobile graphics cards at CES. 

Another change that is notable with this new Zephyrus laptop design is a new webcam, a change that has likely come as a response to feedback for their last-generation M16 Zephyrus gaming laptops. While the screen size of this new laptop appears to be the same 16X10 sized screen as its predecessor, this cannot be confirmed. Last generation M16 notebooks could feature 2560×1600 IPS panels that were Pantone calibrated and could offer refresh rates as high as 165Hz.     

Currently, we expect ASUS to reveal their next-generation of ROG Gaming Laptops at CES 2023. At CES, we expect to learn more details specifications for these new gaming laptops.
