Deus Ex: Mankind Divided PC Performance Review

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided PC Performance Review

1080p Testing

At 1080p we can see that the game is very demanding at Ultra settings, with no GPU managing to maintain a solid 60FPS. This is without any MSAA, so it is pretty easy to say that gamers shouldn’t play this game at the highest settings.

We can see here than AMD GPUs perform better than their Nvidia competitors on average, with the RX 480 beating the GTX 1060 and the R9 Fury X beating the GTX 1070 when it comes to average framerates.

It will be interesting to see how this game’s performance will change when DirectX 12 is implemented, as Asynchronous compute is expected to give AMD even more performance and potentially even benefit Nvidia’s Pascal GPUs if implemented correctly.
