Connectivity is everything when it comes to displays. Nobody wants a brand new display and be left with no way to attach it to their rig. The MPG341CQR is equipped with two HDMI, a DisplayPort, a USB Type-C DisplayPort alternate, and the 3 USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A USB ports that work off the Type-B you can see below.

On the edge we find the USB 3.2 Gen1 ports powered by the connector you saw above, and headphone/microphone jacks. Standard fare on monitors at this end of the market.

Around the back we have the nipple which controls the OSD. It’s not as easy to find or use as some solutions we’ve come across, even ones mounted on the rear, but given how rarely you tune your display it’s not a deal breaker.

With broadcasting your face to the world being such a popular thing these days the included webcam holder is perfect if that’s the kind of thing you’re in to. It’s robust and adjustable enough to guarantee you’ll be front and centre when streaming your gaming exploits. Unless you’re a Fortnite cheater in which case it literally broadcasts your gaming exploits, just in time for you to be banned.

On the underside there is a mouse bungee attachment, handy to lower the amount of clutter on your desktop. If you’ve never used a bungee we can’t recommend them highly enough as they give you the wireless feel with the reliability and infinite use time of a wired mouse.
