PCSpecialist Vesper Duel System Review

Up Close

It wouldn’t be a PCSpecialist system without very careful packaging, and the Vesper Duel is no exception. You do need a screwdriver to get the foam out as the glass isn’t hinged, but it’s easily done. If, like us, you make full use of front panel USB then you’ll appreciate the PCS Lumin XC case having two USB Type-A and one Type-C easily on hand.

PCSpecialist Vesper Duel System Overview

Any curvier and it would be on the cover of a magazine. We have to say, if you enjoy peeling the covering off of a piece of glass – phone, tablet, Switch etc – then you’ll adore the enormous cover on this case.

Around the back we have plenty of ventilation for passive cooling. Plus a big exhaust fan.

Connectivity is well-catered to because of the Strix Z890-F motherboard. Even the most peripheral rich of you will struggle to fill all the ports.

PCSpecialist Vesper Duel System Connectivity

Something common to all PCSpecialist builds is attention to detail and this is ably demonstrated by the cable management behind. Anyone can make the front look good. Around the back is where the sins lay, but even with the inflexibility of the Corsair CX-650 cables PCS have done a fantastic job making things tidy.

Tidy Cables

Belt and braces. Or, in this case, GPU stand and dense foam. There is no doubt it will arrive in perfect condition.

With everything taken out you can see how well built the Vesper Duel is. Scroll down for a closer look, as well it all lit up.

PCSpecialists own brand RAM is more than enough to keep you running smoothly, whilst their 360 AIO easily keeps everything cool. You can also count the many places ASUS add text on their Strix motherboards.

Intel Core Ultra 270K Plus

The RTX 5060 Ti always makes us chuckle with its diminutive form. You can get so used to long cards that short ones seem tiny. Luckily if the RTX 5060 Ti form is small, the power beneath is fantastic value.

Pretty Lights

Full ARGB fans and Strix logo make up for the GPU not having any lighting at all. This very much is a system of two halves.
