Hitman will launch with DirectX 12 support on PC, adding several performance advantages to the title from better CPU Multi-threading, increased performance in CPU bound situations and significant performance improvements on AMD CPUs through Asynchronous compute.

This was announced by IO Interactive at the PC Gamer Weekender, an event that is taking place right now in London.
