The Bard’s Tale 4 receives a PC release date and confirmed console versions
The Bard Tale 4 is based in a Scotland-inspired realm called Caith, where players can party with up to six heroes within the world to explore, solve mysteries, raid dungeons and complete a variety of other quests. Combat in the game is turn-based and requires both smart positioning and well-placed attacks.
Gamers will be able to customise their characters, upgrade their equipment, level up and fight against a variety of mythical creatures and human opponents. inXile expects the game to take around 30 hours to complete. The Bard’s Tale 4 is based on Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4.
The Bard’s Tale 4 is currently available to pre-order directly on the game’s official website, starting from $27.99. This website lists the following PC system requirements, which are likely to change before the game releases on September 18th.
