Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is currently available for free on the Humble Store

Until November 18th, Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion will be available for free to Humble Store Newsletter subscribers, granting PC gamers free access to the game in the form of a Steam code. 

Back in 2017, Sins of a Solar Empire received a range of major upgrades, optimising the game’s graphics while offering the ability to exceed the game’s 2GB RAM usage limitation, opening the game up to larger worlds, increased stability and better mod support. Performance in late-game scenarios has also been significantly improved. 

Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is a space-based 4X game, where players are expected to expand their influence across space to develop an empire, working with and against AI or human controlled opponents as one of three factions, each of which has two sub-factions. As with every 4X game, players are tasked with eXploring the universe, eXpanding their influence, eXploiting resources, eXterminating their opponents.
