Ubisoft teases Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Hyper Scape for its “Forward” Showcase

With E3 skipping 2020, game publishers had to think of a new way to showcase their upcoming titles. EA has EA Play, Sony has its “The Future of Gaming” event, and Ubisoft will have its own event later this month, Ubisoft Forward. 

A “World Teaser” for Ubisoft Forward has been released, giving PC gamers a glimpse of what to expect from Ubisoft’s upcoming showcase. This event will feature “exclusive game news, reveals and more” and will be streamed on both Twitch and YouTube.   

Within Ubisoft’s trailer, we can see glimpses of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, and Hyper Scape, Ubisoft’s newly-revealed Battle Royale shooter. Ubisoft Forward will start at 8 PM BST on July 12th, which in the US translates to 3 PM EDT and 12 PM PDT.

Strangely, neither Gods & Monsters of Skull & Bones appear within this teaser, though it is still possible that both games could be showcased at Ubisoft Forward. Skull & Bones has been missing from Ubisoft’s E3 shows since E3 2017, leaving many to believe that the project has been scrapped or reimagined.
