Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Kingdom: New Lands are available for free on the Epic Games Store

Until October 22nd, both Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Kingdom: New Lands will both be available for free on the Epic Games Store for users of Windows PC and macOS systems.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is an atmospheric horror game from The Chinese Room, a successor to Amnesia: The Dark Descent. While the game is mechanically similar to its predecessor, A Machine for Pigs is the most horrific of the two games, focusing more on exploration while jettisoning the game’s sanity mechanic. If you want something to scare you this weekend, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is worth trying.

Kingdom: New Lands is a 2D game where players assume the role of a shipwrecked monarch, who must build a fort, generate money and hore peasants to survive nightly monster attacks. Kingdom: New Lands is an expanded version of Kingdom, offering gamers more content and mechanics to enjoy within the game.

Both of these games are available for free until October 22nd, after which, Costume Quest and Layers of Fear 2 will be available for free on Epic’s Storefront. PC gamers can redeem their free games on the Epic Games Store
